Harvey Norman Commercial Division Smart Technologies Team has installed some innovative products in a new Sydney penthouse built by Parkview Constructions and developed by global property developer, Aoyuan International.
The penthouse is a part of the third stage of the billion dollar resort-style Woolooware Bay waterfront community in Sydney's Sutherland Shire, featuring one, two- and three-bedroom apartments and a host of facilities like rooftop cinema, private residents club and rooftop pool, gym, sauna, spa and resort pool.
The project was originated by Capital Bluestone and landowners Cronulla Sharks Leagues Club. In 2019, Aoyuan International acquired Capital Bluestone and will complete the final two stages of the billion dollar development.
